This place wasn't the worst place I've ever eaten, but it definitely has some work to do before I'll ever step inside again. The menu was as expected... the most unhealthy starch infested print around... I just don't understand... would it kill you to just offer a vegetable? Having mashed potatoes and french fries as a side is really just overkill. Eating here was like committing carbicide! The biggest complaint I have was against their shrimp! Disgusting! It was totally out-of-the-bag frozen shrimp that they threw into the fryolator while it was still frozen solid.. the result... MUSH! Yuck!

A very inconsistent dining experience. The 'signature' three cheese waffle fries are awful, the fries get tough and steamy under a broiled layer of cheap shredded cheese, and they cost like eight bucks. The baby back ribs were great, tasty and fall-off-the-bone tender - no sauce required. The slaw was very good. The BBQ beans were good but sweet for my taste. The service was prompt and friendly. Draft beer was cold but selection was very limited. Both the sliced beef and pork were dry and tasteless - the table sauces were good but couldn't rescue these. The $1.00 sharing charge is stupid - two people can order a couple of $5.00 sandwiches and water but it costs an extra dollar to order a (bad) $8.00 appetizer, a $15.00 combo platter and four beers? The St Louis spare ribs are supposed to be good but you can't get them in combination with anything else, so we didn't try them. Same for the pulled pork.

It is official this place has become a go to place in the Cape for us. In some ways this is because there simply isn't a huge array of quality eateries in the area but mostly because the service is almost always outstanding, the food quality has been very good (except for two times) and it is almost always cooked very well. Compared to our former home town Atlanta this place would not top our list but in a small town lacking in great eateries this one does stand out.

People say that this place is the best rib joint in SWFLA and if that's so I won't be eating ribs down here. The ribs are tiny and sparse. The sides are salty and the service is terrible. If you enjoy this place then you've never eaten at a really good rib joint.

Grew up at the Palm Beach location but I live dt now and this is my go to for the following... it is assuming trust me. #1 cheese fries - hands down best in the area- spicy ranch made in house is perfection #2 buffalo chicken tenders - HOT w/ Ranch & celery... just get a pound you'll wish you had. these are addicting and amazing... perfect hangover food or cure for a hot wing craving without the hassle of the bones... these are great as a app or a meal w a side salad... okay now I am going for lunch today. #3 turkey club salad - awesome salad... when I want a good salad it never disappoints #4 skyscraper sandwiches - any choice is amazing... turkey sloppy city sliced pork etc .. with garlic bread and you're talking BBQ perfection! #5 RIBS. Okay Rib City and I am ranking Ribs in 5th place? consider it 5 stars instead of #5! They are pricey but all ribs are so they are not a staple for me... however when I do opt for the ribs.... NEVER DISAPPOINTED! so freakkkkkkking delicious! All servers are awesome here but Danielle is my go to. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face - I never have to order my drink she brings it upon greeting. THAT IS MY KIND OF SERVICE!

Hopefully Rib City can make a few tweaks. Over the last two months my wife and I have chosen to eat here as it is rather close to our house and most of the time pretty good food, especially the ribs. Unfortunately the food hasn't been to good lately . The chicken breast, the last couple visits, had been tough and dry. The ribs are pretty consistent, although my wife didn't think they were as good as usual . A little on the fatty side. The sauce is amazing and the staff is very nice. Just wanted to leave an honest review and hopefully things go back to normal .

I don't know anyone that could cook chicken that fast and it b safe to eat. I'm not a snowbird a local can't trust going back there again. No one even ask me how was your meal. Not the only BBQ in town.

There was a very long line at 7pm on a Sunday night but it only took about 10 minutes to be seated. I ordered the full rack of baby backs and 1/4 lb sliced pork with beans and slaw. The ribs were very good. The meat was tender, juicy, and fell off the bone. The sliced pork was exceptional. Juicy, tender, and exactly how I like it sliced. Very similar to Sony's style pork. The beans and slaw were good too. I normally don't finish the sides but I liked them so much I ate everything. My favorite sauce was brought out by request and was their "hot" BBQ sauce. It was just right. I recommend Rib City.

Pulled pork sandwich was inedible - greasy with extra fat. Cheese fries were a soggy, coagulated mess. Eat at home instead if you have to. Memorable but in a very bad way. Sorry Rib City.
